This wonderful ocean-side community has easy access to the entire Bay Area, as well as all major industrial and tourist centers in California. Highway 1 runs right through the center of town, and Highway 218 connects Seaside to Route 68 and Highway 101.

Loan is payable in full if title to house changes through death, sale or upon transfer of ownership, or if the house is no longer the owner's principal residence. Must be resident of Seaside or employed in the City for two years, and home purchased must be located in Seaside.
